Shipping calculations are performed in real time based on the destination address and the items ordered. During checkout the shipping total will be displayed prior to payment and will be revised each time you change the cart contents. Items will be shipped within 24 hrs of placing your order via the ship method you select during checkout. You will receive an email confirming your order upon checkout and the status of the order will be updated when the items are shipped and then again when they are delivered.

Shipping times are best estimates and are not guaranteed by the carrier. Number of days count only Monday-Friday since Saturday delivery is not possible without prior arrangements made over the phone. Some bulkier items are not eligible for shipping promotions or to Alaska or Hawaii. If you are shipping outside the States, please contact us at 360-734-1409 or info@pacnwmarine.com to make arrangements. Foreign order may also fax the order with payment details to 480-393-4423. In cases of a backorder, shipment times begin from the actual date of shipment.

Due to high rates of credit card fraud over the 'net, we require shipment to you billing address on file with the bank or to a confirmed paypal address. Please call the customer service number on back of your card to register your alternate address if you cannot ship to the billing address. Then we will call to verify.

For PO boxes the only method is to use usps. Please contact us for an estimate and to make arrangements as this method will not be offered for online checkout system. You may call the card issuing bank and register a physical address to ship to and choose the fedex option during checkout. 

If an item is marked out of stock, please contact us for estimated availability and to set up a preorder for the next inbound shipment.  We do not charge credit cards until ready to ship and you may call to cancel before then.
